Compassionate Dog Training's trainer Sandy Kamen Wisniewski has told both traditional training in the past and positive reinforcement training the last decade. She says, "Positive reinforcement training is peaceful, gentle and kind. It gets much better results than the old fashioned traditional training. What we are finding is that dogs don't need to be scared into doing what you want. Just like kids they can be redirected or if needed put in a time out. But always whenever possible reinforce good behavior."
Wisniewski provides in-home dog training in Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Lincolnshire, Grayslake, Gurnee, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Waukegan, Round Lake, Hainsville, Mundelein, Buffalo Grove, Lake Zuich, Hawthorn Woods and Buffalo Grove.
